Hi, I’m Nicole. I’m glad our paths have crossed.

Every moment offers us access to a simple joy and peacefulness within it. When your life is uplifted by mindfulness the natural tendency is to want to share with others.

It is my joy and life work to serve others as a yoga therapist, art therapist, and trauma sensitive mindfulness teacher to at-risk and underserved communities.

"You are very calm, patient, and are able to break down/explain each aspect of the practice. It is clear that you’ve “gone through it” and therefore can explain the process very well."

"Police officers are notoriously stoic and skeptical. An instructor hoping to introduce a group of cops to the importance of mindfulness, meditation and breathing exercises has no small task ahead of them. Nicole immediately endeared herself to the group and was able to connect on a very relatable level. Her knowledge on the practice gave her credibility and her care for the effects of trauma upon today's police officer came through in the way she delivered the daily exercises. Several officers have expressed to me that they continue practices learned from Nicole on a regular basis in their struggle against stress. As the policing industry enters the 21st century, and a new emphasis is placed upon officer wellness, police executives are well advised to consider mindfulness coaching for their rank and file."

"Mindfulness with Nicole has been one of my best experiences for a couple reasons. It got me to meditate more often, and yoga was definitely a little more difficult than I thought it would be. The best part is Nicole herself, one of the most wholesome people I've ever met and shes definitely the reason I enjoyed mindfulness as much as I did. A great teacher and wonderful person, truly glad I got to meet her."

"Mindfulness has helped me by helping me stay calm when I'm stressed and help me notice my surroundings.”
